Data Analysis
Worked closely with the sales and warehouse management teams to deliver 150+ reports that were used to run process more effectively and to use within workflows to automate operation.
Training & Workshops
Trained all IT, finance, and sales departments on how to navigate and interact with NetSuite ERP as well as host workshops to ensure department satisfaction.
